What is apostille?

An apostille is a single-step authentication certificate that allows a public document issued in one Hague Convention country to be recognised in another. Instead of multiple layers of legalisation (notary → state → embassy), an apostille collapses the chain into one stamp. Used by 125+ member states including the U.S., U.K., EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, India, and most of Latin America.

What you get

  • All 50 U.S. states + federal documents
  • U.S. Department of State for federal docs
  • Secretary of State for state-issued docs
  • Tracked submission and return
  • Translation of the apostille (optional)
  • Bundle with notarization or translation

Who needs it

  • International business filings
  • Marriage abroad (with Apostille of vital records)
  • Foreign university admissions
  • Adoption finalisation in another country
  • International court / inheritance proceedings

How it works

Three steps. We handle the rest.

  1. 01

    We confirm where it's going

Tell us the destination country. We confirm it's a Hague Convention member; if not, we redirect you to embassy legalisation.

  2. 02

    Authentication submitted

Federal documents go to the U.S. Department of State. State documents go to the relevant Secretary of State. Tracked at every step.

  3. 03

    Apostilled document returned

We receive the apostilled original, scan a high-resolution copy to your dashboard, and forward the physical document via DHL/FedEx tracked.
