What is notarized copy?

A notarized copy (also called a "certified true copy") is an exact copy of an original document, certified by a licensed notary public who has verified the original. Use it for visa applications, school enrollment, banking, embassy submissions, and contracts where the original must remain in your possession. Through Remote Online Notarization (RON), you can notarize from anywhere — no driving to an office.

What you get

  • Remote online notarization (live video)
  • Multi-factor identity verification (KBA + ID scan)
  • Tamper-evident digital seal (PDF/A-3)
  • Audit-grade notarial journal
  • Same-day for most U.S. states
  • Translation of the notarized copy on request

Who needs it

  • Visa and travel applicants needing copies of passports
  • Real-estate buyers signing remotely
  • International students enrolling abroad
  • Banking customers (account opening, KYC)
  • Contract parties requiring witnessed signatures

How it works

Three steps. We handle the rest.

  1. 01

    Upload + identity verification

Upload the original. Scan your government ID and answer 4–5 KBA questions. Verification typically takes 90 seconds.

  2. 02

    Live notary session

Connect with a U.S.-licensed notary public via secure video. They verify your identity, witness your acknowledgment, and apply the digital seal.

  3. 03

    Receive your notarized PDF

Tamper-evident PDF is delivered immediately. Includes notarial journal entry, audit log, and optional physical mailing.

Verified clients describing the exact service you're considering.

Notarized a copy of my passport from Bali for an Italian visa application. The Italian consulate accepted the digital seal — first time I've seen that.

RON session took 6 minutes. The notary verified my driver's license, watched me sign, and emailed the tamper-evident PDF. Same legal weight, none of the queue.
